Your medical records have been transferred to Desert River Solutions to be the custodian of medical records for seven years.  Starting May 22, 2026, please begin requesting your medical records from Desert River Solutions.  All instructions, including how to sign and return the medical release form, may be found on their website:

Finding a New Sleep Specialist
